I've got a really good recipe for you if you love ranch dressing. I really think half the reason I was so big was because I ate a TON of high fat ranch. I can remember being a server in high school and college and having strange work hours. Sometimes the restaurant would be so busy that I would never have a chance to eat dinner. But, obviously, I would be starving by about 8'o clock and the only thing fast enough to stuff in my mouth was a roll. Well, why stop there when I could dip the roll in the restaurant's homemade dressing! By the end of the night sometimes I had had two or three rolls dipped in ranch as my dinner! Completely unhealthy, I know. Nothing about being a server ever helped my chances of a low-fat life style. I worked odd hours so dinner was sometimes at two in the morning or not at all. Working so late left me exhausted so I would sleep in until noon. When you sleep in that late you just skip breakfast altogether. So that left me with sometimes only one meal a day. I had no idea what I was doing to my metabolism! As for the ranch dressing recipe, I'm going to add it on tomorrow's blog...
