I am an ice cream nut. I have yet to find many ice creams that are under 100 calories, low in fat, and low in sugar. It must be my "week" because at Kroger in the ice cream section I found Active Lifestyle Ice Cream for 90 calories, 3.5g fat, and 9g of sugar! They have strawberry, coffee, vanilla, and chocolate in my grocer's freezer. Yum! If you love ice cream and want something low in sugar this is a great option. So far I've tried coffee and strawberry; strawberry is probably my favorite. Now I'm thinking about trying some sugar-free caramel on the vanilla next week when I go to the store...

1/2 cup no sugar-added applesauce with cinnamon
Dinner -
3 slices of turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, and 2 slices whole wheat bread with a thin layer of fat-free mayo
Steamable Brussel Sprouts with 1 tbsp. margarine
Snack -
1/4 cup of Active Lifestyle Coffee Ice Cream
1/4 cup of Active Lifestyle Strawberry Ice Cream
